Rejecting the App Store
Apple rejecting Drivetrain is balls.
Apps getting rejected for streaming content that Apple sells in the iTunes music store (NIN), accessing services where people might swear (Tweetie) or using the same protocol as many mac desktop apps is not a surprise anymore. Although Apple backflips when someone complains loud enough, it doesn’t seem like the process will be fixed.
I’m guessing, like Explorer’s support for web standards, Apple’s App Store will only be fixed by competition.
